Mumbai: In a major setback for the Aam Admi Party's (AAP) Prime Ministerial candidate Arvind Kejriwal post back to back slaps earlier this month, an insurance company (name withheld, similar to the name of Dhoni and other top cricketers in the sealed envelop to the Supreme Court in the IPL fixing scam) has rejected the mediclaim filed by him for his chronic cough.

As per the insurance policy documents, a copy of which is available with Faking News: Doctor's Lounge, Kejriwal has claimed Rs. 1 Lakh cash back for the treatment of his 'trademark' cough which exacerbates during press conferences and dharnas.

The insurance company has however refuted the claim on grounds that a muffler and sweater were not a recommended medical treatment modality and that Dr. Kumar Vishwas was not a real doctor. Also the Modi-booti and Rahul-booti that Kejriwal was on did not count as modern allopathic medicines.

In a press conference to media persons yesterday, Kejriwal said, "Main bahut chota admi hun, meri koi aukat nai hai. Inn insaurance company walon k piche Congress-BJP netaon ki milibhagat hai. Yeh log chahte hain ki mera allergic bronchitis pneumonia mein badal jaye aur main khatiya pakad lun. Ek baar hamari sarkar aane do, inn insurance company walon ko hum expose karke jail bhijwa denge."

There were unconfirmed reports that the multinational pharmaceutical company who had signed Kejriwal as brand ambassador of their cough syrup have now decided to not renew their contract at the end of this year as Kejriwal is publicly not coughing enough as promised in the deal.
